Caravan movers can move your caravan simply with a touch of a button. The Powrtouch caravan mover changes your caravan from a heavy dead weight into an easily manoeuvrable mobile home.

The caravan mover from Powrtouch utilises two 12 volt motors with reduction gearboxes that can be driven independently to provide maximum manoeuvrability. The motors are mounted on a strong, lightweight metal framework that clamps to the caravan chassis.

The fitting of the Powrtouch caravan mover to the caravan does NOT require any welding or drilling of the chassis making fitting simple. The caravan tyres are driven by a locking cam system that requires just a small turn of a wheel brace spanner (supplied); this locates the friction drive rollers to the caravan tyres.

The caravan mover is controlled remotely by a small handset. By simply pressing one of the clearly labelled buttons on the handset the caravan can be moved in any direction. A unique soft start allows the caravan to manoeuvre very accurately before full speed is achieved. Braking is completely automatic and occurs immediately the finger is removed from the selected button.

The Powrtouch caravan mover clamps directly to the caravan chassis so no drilling or welding is required and remains on the chassis at all times. The Powrtouch caravan mover is operated from a remote control handset and again enables the caravan to be moved in all directions and the single axle will swivel on its axis if necessary (single axle only).

New for 2007, PowrProducts have launched the new PowrActuator system which is available on all single and twin axle caravan movers. A retrospective fitting kit is also available for all customers who currently own a Powrtouch caravan mover.

The drive rollers can be positioned on or off the tyres by the simple press of a button.

The Powractuator is a 12volt linear actuator that replaces the over-lock CAM system for engaging and disengaging the rollers to the tyres. As some existing parts are removed the new Powractuator does not add any weight to the existing Powrtouch Mover.

Should you have a battery failure when the rollers are located on the tyre they can be removed by turning a small shaft by hand (9mm Hex) or with a battery operated tool (not supplied)

The Powr Bar is a newly designed mechanism that offers more versatility to the use of the Powrtouch, our remote controlled caravan mover.

The Powr bar enables both rollers to be engaged onto the caravan tyres from one side, which enables the Powrtouch caravan mover to be used when in restricted areas, for example when parked tight against a wall or fence.
