"Sandringham is peaceful, interesting in the sense of the actual grounds and very well run. The nearby attractions are lovely.

One can visit Hunstanton, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea and Walsingham - a shrine of pilgrimage. If you don't mind a scenic drive, you could go to Norwich for the day and enjoy a bit of retail therapy as well as admire its ancient buildings. You could visit Sheringham and catch a train to many places rather than go by road.

You never know, you might even wave to a certain Mrs Windsor on the grounds of the estate!"
